Finally I broke down and uninstalled all updates. But seriously, reopening all of my tabs has never gotten more annoying. However, this could be easily solved if there were an option in setting for this problem to be sorted. Nonetheless, this could be my device version, I still want this to be an option for those out there who still deal with the same problem. I mean, it's chrome.
